William B. Calse, 77, of Zionsville, died August 3, 2016 in his residence. He was the widower of Rose Mary (Steuer) Calse. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Margaret (Jones) and William B. Calse, Sr. He was an electrician, working as a lineman for Philadelphia Electric, owned and operated his own electrical business, and later was the Electrical Inspector for Lower Macungie Twp. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus and was a life member of the NRA.
He is survived by Sons, Robert W. Calse and wife Dawn of Emmaus and Heath Calse of Zionsville; Daughter, Jane wife of Chad Werley of Kempton; Sister, Patricia Defrancisco-Gordon of Feasterville; Grandchildren, Kyle, Trevor, Olivia, and Levi; Great Grandchildren, Jordyn and Blake. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Breana and a sister, Teresita Rose.
Funeral Services Thurs., Aug. 9, 2018 at 10:30 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus. Viewing 9:00 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
