William C. Arp William C. Arp, 69, of Emmaus, died April 12, 2010 in his residence. He was the husband of Barbara L. (Herman) Arp. They celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in October 2009. Born in Englewood, NJ, he was the son of the late Wilhelm C. and Lina (Menze) Arp. He was a member of the Marine Corp League and Support the Troops. Survivors: Wife; Stepson, Dr. Paul K. Land and wife Jean of Harleysville; Stepdaughter, Theresa M. Land of Quakertown; Brothers, Rudy Arp and wife Pat of Garnerville, NY and Peter Arp and wife Marilyn of Toms River, NJ; Grandchildren, Shaelyn and Paul Jackson Land.
