Wayne F. Weida Wayne F. Weida, 89, from Emmaus, died April 26, 2013 in LVH in Salisbury Twp. after a short illness. He was the son of the late Stanley and Bertha (Frey) Weida. Wayne was co-owner of Weida's Charcoal Drive-In in Wescosville for 33 years with his brothers Donald and Amos until 1986. Wayne served his country with honor in the CB1 Theater during WWII as a pilot in the Army Air Corps with a rank of 1st LT. He was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church. Survivors: He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Gloria J. (Fasching); Son, Roger; Daughters, Renae Stonehouse and husband Dan and Rebecca Werner and husband Richard; Grandchildren, Jessica Weida, Ryan Kunsman, Emily Barndt, and Jason Weida; Great Grandchildren, Alexander, Kylie, and Vera. Services: At Wayne's request, services will be held at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
