Walter R. "Pop" Walck, Jr., 79, of Emmaus, died March 25, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  He was the widower of Joan L. (Miller) Walck.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Lillian (Morris) and Walter R. Walck, Sr.  He was a carpenter by trade and worked in maintenance for Rodale and Lehigh Country Club.

Survivors: Sons, Jeffrey A. Walck of Emmaus and Jarrett L. Walck and wife Karen of Emmaus; Daughter, Joni L. wife of Raymond Geisler of Emmaus; Brothers, Frederick Walck of Emmaus and Edwin Walck of Macungie; Sisters, Mary Jane Plarr of Macungie and Elsie Spiro of Emmaus; 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a son, Craig D. Walck and a brother, Stanford Walck.

Services: Funeral Services will be held on Wed, March 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing 12:00 to 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
