Walter H. Jarrett, Jr. Walter H. Jarrett, Jr., 81, formerly of Macungie, died Feb. 3, 2009 in Cedarbrook. He was the widower of the late Hope (Hamsher) Jarrett. Born in Macungie, he was the son of the late Walter H. Jarrett, Sr. and Louisa (Sterner) Jarrett. He was a fuel island technician for Ryder Trucks for many years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Solomons U.C.C., Macungie. Survivors: Sons, Dennis A. Jarrett and wife Barb of Macungie and Walter H. Jarrett, III of Emmaus; Daughter, Patricia wife of Edwin Miller of Macungie; 8 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren. Services: Private at the convenience of the family.
