Walter Raymond Campbell, II Walter Raymond Ray Campbell II, 64, of Macungie, died on Monday May 21, 2007. Born in Clarksburg, WV, son of Walter Raymond Campbell (deceased) and Vaiden Cunningham Campbell, he was a resident of the Lehigh Valley since 1972. Ray enjoyed youth sports and activities having served on the Board of Directors of East Penn and South Parkland Youth associations and as a Cub Master in Macungie in the mid 1970s. After 37 years of serving the US Government in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland, he retired from the Social Security Administration, as the Branch Manager of the Bethlehem office in 2002. He was an active member of the Macungie Senior Citizens organization, and a member of Jordan United Church of Christ. In retirement, he enjoyed woodworking, trout fishing, hunting and traveling to visit his grandchildren. Survivors: Wife, Peggy Jo (Mackert), of 41 years, and children, Raymond III, his wife, Danette of Allentown; Kevin, his wife Tara of Wadsworth OH; Suzanne Mazzella, her husband Rob of Macungie; and Todd, his wife Rebecca of Cincinnati OH; grandchildren, Joshua and Collin Campbell of Allentown; Kael, Grace, Aden, and Riley Campbell of Wadsworth OH; Nicholas, Thomas and Elizabeth Mazzella of Macungie; and Owen, Ryan, and Emily Campbell of Cincinnati; mother Vaiden C. Campbell of Charleston, WV and brother W. Russell and wife Marilyn of Charleston, WV. Services: Memorial service at Jordan UCC, Allentown on Saturday May 26, at 11 AM.
