Terry L. Schaeffer, 66, of Emmaus, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2023 in his home surrounded by his family.  He was the husband of Suzanne J. (Talarsky) Schaeffer.  Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Harold and Elaine (Eschleman) Schaeffer.  Terry worked as an auto mechanic and later as a service manager.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved spending time with family.

Terry is survived by his wife of 32 years, Suzanne; children, Samantha Schaeffer, Jason Schaeffer, Justin Schaeffer, Alaina Schaeffer, and Jessica Schaeffer; grandchildren, Abel, Weston, and Lillian Schaeffer and Skylar and Bryson Fotta.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
