Susan M. Nester, 50, of Easton and formerly of Tampa, FL and Emmaus, closed her last chapter of this life April 2nd, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. She was the widow of Donald E. Nester. Daughter of Virginia M. (Oyer) and Phillip A. Merenda. She worked as a samples manager for VF Corp. and was a costume designer for various local community, regional, and off Broadway theaters. Sue was a member of the LV Couturiere Society and the Run Club in Tampa, FL. She was a fun loving person who enjoyed red wine, fashion and a healthy life style.

Survivors: Mother and Father; Sons, Jared M. Pacchioli and wife Ravin of Bethlehem and Drake D. Nester of Easton; Daughter, Chandel M. wife of Anthony Trumbauer of Portland; Grandson, Roman A. Trumbauer; Best Friend, John G. Sokol of Tampa, FL; survived by her beloved pets, Petey, Tobey, Bette, and Oscar. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael A. Merenda.

Services: A Celebration of Sue's Life will be held on Sat., April 16, 2016 at 6:00 PM in Lenape Park, 6102 Kings Highway South, Zionsville, PA 18092. Please wear fun bright colors to celebrate Sue's life. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
