Stephen D. Ruslander Stephen D. Ruslander, 59, of Alburtis, died Jan. 21, 2011 in his home. He was the loving husband and best friend of Kimberley (Cava) Ruslander. They celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary in Oct. 2010. Born in Connellsville, he was the son of the late Edward and Jane C. (Dunkelberger) Ruslander. He was graduated from Chadwick University, Birmingham, AL with a bachelors degree in business. His most recent position with J.C. Ehrlich was as an IT Customer Service Manager. He was a member of the American Legion, Topton and the Rockland Gun Club. Survivors: Loving Wife, Brothers, Harold W. of West Palm Beach, FL, David M. and Michael J. both of Richmond, VA.
