Stephen F. Haklitch Stephen F. Haklitch, 87, of Emmaus, died Sept. 25, 2011. He was the widower of Betty S. (Worman) Haklitch. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Michael and Anna S. (Markovits) Haklitch. He was a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute of Chicago. He was the owner of Haklitch TV for many years, retiring in 1990. He was a longtime member of St. Anns Catholic Church, Emmaus, serving as an usher. He honorably served his country in the Army during WW II, serving during D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge, earning 5 campaign battle stars. He was a member of the Emmaus VFW, the Emmaus Senior Golf League, a former member of the Milford Mens Bowling League, and a volunteer at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Cedar Crest. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Survivors: Daughters, Lucy wife of Thomas Wolf of Allentown and Suzanne wife of Alfred Jordan of Philadelphia, Grandchildren, Jenna Wolf wife of Scott Penchishen, Alexander Wolf and wife Jacqueline, and Michael Wolf; Great Grandchildren, Madalynn, Annabelle, and Daisy Penchishen; Sister, Mary Smith of Cherryville. Services: Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., Oct. 1, 2011 at 1:00 PM in St. Anns Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus.
