Ruth M. Streckfuss Ruth M. Streckfuss, 101, of Salisbury Twp., formerly of Emmaus and East Falls Philadelphia died peacefully Jan. 12, 2011 in the Devon House, Allentown. She was the widow of the late William V. Streckfuss. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Flick) Diemand. She was a member of St. Anns Catholic Church, Emmaus. Survivors: Son-in-law: Joseph R. Kollhoff of Emmaus; Grandchildren, Mrs. Jane Bisbing of Emmaus, Joseph R. Kollhoff, Jr. of St. Charles, Ill; Matthew P. Kollhoff of San Diego, CA; 7 Great Grandchildren and many friends and caregivers who helped Ruth live a rich and full life. She was predeceased by daughter Jeanne Kollhoff, Grandson, Mark Kollhoff and Great Grandson, Joseph Bisbing. Services: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated January 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM in St. Anns Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th Street, Emmaus. Viewing 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main Street, Emmaus. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lower Merion Township, PA.
