Ruth L. Knedler, 91, of Emmaus, passed away on Sept. 19, 2017. She was the widow of Milton G. Knedler, Jr. Born in Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Earl Souders and Verna (Brobst) Souders Schaffer. She was of the protestant faith.

Survivors: Son, Keith G. Knedler and wife Lisa of Emmaus; Granddaughter, Andrea wife of Michael Ulecka of Emmaus; Sisters, Naomi wife of Charles Harwick of Whitehall and Anna Lee Transue of Bethlehem; Brother, William Schaffer and wife Kathy of Virginia; Great Grandsons, Michael Jr. and Joseph and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Brothers, Earl Souders, Jr. and Sterling Brobst and Sisters, Patricia Freyman and Grace Steiner.
