Ruth C. Stoudt Ruth C Stoudt, 92, of Emmaus, died January 1, 2014, in the Phoebe Home. She was the widow of Walter C. Stoudt. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Milton H. Stortz, Sr. and Stella (Wieder) Stortz. She worked as a dispatcher for Emmaus Police, Fire, and Ambulance for many years. She was a faithful lifetime member of Emmaus Moravian Church, where she was involved as a leader and active participant in multiple organizations, committees, and service opportunities. She also served her community as a volunteer for Ecumenical Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, and the Association for the Blind. Survivors: Patricia A. wife of Larry Herald of Emmaus, Sharon L. wife of Mervin Yoder of St. Louis, MO, The Rev. Dr. Glen Stoudt and wife Lynn of Ottawa, ON, Canada, Ruth Ann wife of Joseph Gonzalez of Easton, and Jeanne M. wife of Louis Puskaritz of Breinigsville; Brother, Arthur Stortz, Sister, Mary Doney, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Services: Memorial services Monday, January 6, 2014 at 7:00 PM in Emmaus Moravian Church, Main Street and Keystone Avenue, Emmaus.
