Rose Marie Higins, 86, of Allentown, died August 10, 2018 in her residence.  She was the widow of Kenneth C. Higgins.  Born in Fogelsville, she was the daughter of the late James Y. and Florence I. (Heil) Wenner.  She was a dedicated homemaker and mother.  She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church.

She is survived by her Sons, Jeffrey A. Higgins and wife Kathleen and Timothy M. Higgins; Grandchildren, Shea, Benjamin, and Ian; Sisters, Judith Wilson and Lucille Held-Williams.  Lucille passed on August 11, 2018.  Step Children, William C. Higgins, Charles E. Higgins, Kenneth C. Higgins, Jr., Roger K. Higgins, and Sharon Dries.
