Robert C. Trumbore Robert C. Trumbore, 87, of Emmaus, died January 7, 2008 in his home. He was the husband of Sammie J. (Barnhill) Trumbore. They celebrated their 53rd anniversary in July 2007. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late George W. and Minnie M. (Seidel) Trumbore. He was a bank teller for the former 1st National Bank, Allentown for 25 years retiring in 1982. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. He honorably served his country in the Army during WWII. Survivors: Wife; Sons, Steve Trumbore and David Trumbore of Bensalem; Daughters, Ramona wife of Jeff Neidig of Emmaus, Sharon Martinez of Severn, MD and Aimee Trumbore of Brooklyn, NY; Brother, William Trumbore of Denver, CO; 5 Grandchildren. A grandson predeceased him. Services: Funeral Services Friday, January 11, 2008 at 11:00 AM in Bethany United Methodist Church, 1208 Brookside Road, Wescosville. Viewing 10:00-11:00 AM in the church. Burial will be in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2nd and Ridge Streets, Emmaus. Schantz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
