Robert R. Herman, age 84, of Boyertown, previously of Wescosville, passed away on November 27, 2022 at Walnut Woods in Boyertown. He was the loving husband to the late Sandra E. (Wachter) Herman with whom they shared over 40 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Edward and Sarah E. (Ervin) Herman.

He graduated from Allen High School in 1957. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Army.

Robert loved golfing, spending time with his family and friends and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.

Robert is survived by sons Todd R. Herman and Troy R. Herman and wife Kelsey, grandchildren, Patrick, Sarah, Molly and Olivia, great-grandchildren, Megyn, Derek and Felicity and siblings, Janice Bentz, Marilyn Schoelenberger and Richard Herman, sister-in-law Robin Hillegass and husband Terry and goddaughter Missy Hillegass Goldstein. He is predeceased by siblings, Ray Herman, William Herman, Walter Herman, Viola Laubach, Charles Herman and Pauline Brown, brother-in-laws Dale Bentz and Jack Schoelenberger and sister-in-law Dolores Herman.

You are invited to visit with family and friends on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown, PA 18103. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
