Richard E. Neave, Sr., 78, formerly of Mertztown, died February 12, 2018 in his daughter's residence.  He was the widower of Virginia M. (Brauchle) Neave.  Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Lawrence E. and Bertha P. (Pizor) Neave.  He last worked for Cracker Barrel.

Survivors: Sons, Richard E. Neave, Jr. and wife Ellen and Robert L. Neave; Daughter, Tina wife of Brian Butz; Sisters, Lois Haberstumpf, Betty Ann Hertzog, and Dawn Fluke; Grandchildren, Amy, Michael, Brian, Jr., and Kellie; Great Grandchildren, Cassidy and Atlanta.

Services: Funeral Services will be held on Fri., Feb. 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Viewing Thurs. 6:00 to 7:30 PM and Friday 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
