Richard J. Lowe, 85, of Emmaus, died January 11, 2015 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Anne M. (Murphy) Lowe. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late James A. and Marie (Hanish) Lowe. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Terry wife of Stewart Edwards of Fairfax, VA, Karen wife of Donald Robbins of King of Prussia, and Lisa wife of Scott Herzog of Malvern; Grandchildren, Ryan Edwards, Rush Robbins, Will Herzog, and Laura Herzog.
