Richard J. Bilger Richard J. Bilger, 76, formerly of Emmaus, died July 25, 2012 in Cedarbrook. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Fiett G. F. and Emma (Falk) Bilger. He worked for the former Emmaus Cap Company, Rodale Press, and retired from Parkland School District after working there over 30 years. Survivors: Nephews, Dennis Ziegler of Walnutport and Dennis Bilger of Macungie; Niece, Virjean Dauksha of Harrisburg. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald C. Bilger and a sister, Betty L. Ziegler.
