Pauline V. Beaky Pauline V. Beaky, 97, formerly of Emmaus, died March 12, 2011 in the Phoebe Home. She was the widow of the late Charles Beaky. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Emrich) Gasper. She worked for Rodale Press for many years, working on the first book ever printed, retiring in 1989. She was a very active and oldest living member of St. Anns Catholic Church, Emmaus. She was a member of the Emmaus Senior Citizens and the Golden Rodalians. Survivors: Sons, Charles M. Beaky of Gold River, CA, Gerald A. Beaky of Ocala, FL, Thomas S. Beaky of Emmaus, and James R. Beaky of Mission Viejo, CA; 12 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson. She was predeceased by a son, Anthony M. Beaky. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM in St. Anns Catholic Church, 415 South Sixth St., Emmaus. Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.
