Paul E. Stauffer, 71, of Macungie, died November 2, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  He was the husband of Yvonne M. (Baiocco) Stauffer, with whom he shared 28 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Viola (Schwartz) and Paul E. Stauffer, Sr.  Paul worked in logistics at Knoll Manufacturing for 28 years, retiring in 2011.â  Previously, he worked for Mack Trucks.  He honorably served his country in the Navy during Vietnam.  He coached Emmaus Junior Legion baseball for 38 years.  Paul was a big sports fan, passionate Yankees and Penn State fan, supported Emmaus sports, and was going to be inducted into the American Legion Hall of Fame before his untimely death.  Family was also very important to Paul.

Survivors: Loving wife, Yvonne; Son, Sean; Stepson, John; Stepdaughter, Heather; Brother, Roy; Sisters, Diane and Joanne; 5 Grandchildren.

Services: Memorial Services with military honors will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM in Faith Presbyterian Church, North 2nd and Cherokee Streets, Emmaus.  Visitation 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the church.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
