Paul W. Saylor Paul W. Saylor, 93, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Macungie, died July 25, 2009 in his home. He was the husband of Esther M. (Bechtel) Saylor. They celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary on January 25, 2009. Born in Frederick, he was the son of the late William R. and Mary L. (Slemmer) Saylor. He was a self employed carpenter and contractor for 35 years, retiring in 1973. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie. He was a life member of Emmaus Fire Co. #2, Macungie Fire Company, and the East Greenville Owls. He was a member of Emmaus Masonic Lodge #792 F&AM, Macungie VFW, Pikeville Fish and Game, Mertztown Rod and Gun Club, Alburtis Rod and Gun Club and the Nimrods. Survivors: Wife; Sons, Richard W. Saylor and wife Yvonne G. of Macungie and David C. Saylor and wife Sandra L. of Macungie; Daughters, Janet L. wife of Carl R. Sell of Macungie and Sherry M. A. wife of David A. Kutz of Old Zionsville; 10 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Services: Funeral Services Monday, August 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Masonic services at 10:45 AM. Interment will follow in Solomons Union Cemetery.
