Paul F. Bednar, Jr. Paul F. Bednar, Jr., 60, of Emmaus, formerly of Whitehall, died January 14, 2008 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Diane G. (Frank) Bednar. They celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary February 3, 2007. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Marian (Dunkel) and the late Paul F. Bednar, Sr. He worked for the former Bell Telephone for 32 years. He was a retiree member of the Communication Workers of America. He was a member of Emmaus Moravian Church. He honorably served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors: Wife; Sons, Shannon D. Bednar and wife Heather of Emmaus and Sean M. Bednar and wife Julie of Telford; Brother, Kevin Bednar and wife June of Egypt; Sister-in-Law, Herlene wife of James Iobst; Grandchildren, Taylor, Braelynn, and Amelia loved their Pop Pop. Services: Funeral Services Friday, January 18, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the funeral home.
