Otilia Parra Minier, 100, died peacefully on November 15, 2025 in Complete Care at Lehigh Center.   She was the wife of the late Francisco Minier.  Born in the Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Virgilio and Felicia Vasquez.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Otilia is survived by her children, Angela wife of Danilo Holguin, Cesar Minier and wife Marisa, Patricio Minier, Pablo Minier, Claudio Minier, and Felix Minier; 22 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main Street, Emmaus.  Viewing 10:00 to 2:00 PM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Macungie.
