Obituary

Norman O. Paules Norman O. Paules, 92, of Emmaus, died March 27, 2008 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit. He was the husband of Annebelle J. (Dunstan) Paules. They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in February 2008. Born in Vera Cruz, he was the son of the late William and Antoinette (Odenburg) Paules. He worked for the former Dahl Auto, Murray Auto, Bethlehem Steel from 1939 to 1942, and he was a mechanic and welder for Air Products for many years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of St. Matthews E.C. Church, Emmaus. He was a life member of the Mercantile Club of Emmaus and a life member of Citizens Fire Company #2, Emmaus. He was an avid baseball fan and race fan. Survivors: Wife; Sons, Dean J. Paules and wife Saundra of Myerstown and Neil N. Paules and wife Cecile of Bethlehem; Daughters, Nancy Ann wife of Donald Mory of Alburtis and Kaye Ann wife of Charles Mase of Macungie; Sister, Betty Swavely of Macungie; 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Lee N. Paules. Services: Funeral Services Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing Monday 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery, Emmaus.
