Michael Francis Grimont, 61, of Alburtis, died Dec. 16, 2021 in his residence.  Born in Mahopac, NY, he was the son of Timothy A. Grimont and Pauline M. (Lawlor) Lokay.  He was a graduate of Perkiomen Prep and Kutztown University, with a degree in business administration.  Michael worked in sales and marketing for Caloric and Raytheon.  He was a gourmet cook, loved to travel, was Mr. Hospitality, and planed to retire to a beach house.  He was a former mason and member of the Rajah Shrine.

Michael is survived by his mother and father; aunts, Terrianne wife of John Koep, Barbara wife of Allen See, and Ellen wife of Ronald Grant; uncle, Thomas Grimont and wife Beverly; many cousins.  He was predeceased by a brother, Timothy David Grimont.

Funeral services will be held on Wed., Dec. 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus followed by a luncheon at Superior Restaurant which all attendees are invited.  Viewing 10:30 to 11:30 AM in the funeral home.  Interment Thurs., Dec. 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM in Cold Spring Cemetery, Cold Spring, NY.
