Maurice W. Focht, Jr., 93, of Emmaus and formerly of Slatington, died Jan. 26, 2021 in Lehigh Center.  Born in Slatington, he was the son of the late Annie (Roberts) and Maurice W. Focht, Sr.  He was a graduate of the former Slatington High School and the former Allentown Business College.  He honorably served his country in the Army during the Korean War.  He retired in 1983 after 30 years of loyalty and service to the former General Acceptance Corp./Finance America Corp. of Allentown.

Maurice is survived by his nephews, Dennis Focht and Douglas Focht; niece, Diann Nonnemacher; 8 great nieces and nephews and 7 great great nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Focht.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
