Mary M. Denig, 96, formerly of Macungie, died peacefully on Nov. 27, 2023 in Cedarbrook.  She was the wife of the late Norman P. Denig, Sr.  Born in Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Cotter) Tucker.  Mary was a loving homemaker.

Mary will be lovingly remembered by son, Norman P. Denig, Jr. and wife Lori of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Rita E. wife of Julius R. Hilbert of Trexlertown; grandchildren, William Elkins, Jr., April Elkins, Charles Hilbert, Troy Hilbert, Matthew Denig, and Cody Denig; 6 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Donald Denig and wife Lorraine of North Carolina.

Private interment will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory may be made to a local animal shelter.
