Marie E. Adams Marie E. Adams, 91, of Emmaus, died August 6, 2009 in Devon House. She was the widow of the late Carl M. Adams. Born in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence D. and Susan H. (Schantz) Mohr. She worked as a floor lady for the former John Rems & Sons and later as a seamstress for the former Gerber Company, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Upper Milford Mennonite Church and the National Senior Citizens Council. Survivors: Daughter, Barbara Adams of Ottawa, Ontario; Brother, Henry T. Mohr of Allentown; Sisters, Alice Kline of Emmaus, Susan Kleppinger of Macungie, Florence Reiss of Emmaus, and Eunice Graeff of Leesport. She was predeceased by brothers, Lawrence D. Mohr, Jr. and Paul Mohr. Services: Funeral Services Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 10:30 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
