Marian T. Volak Hafner Marion T. Volak Hafner, 78, of Macungie, died February 6, 2008 in Sacred Heart Hospital. She was the widow of the late Bernard T. Volak and the late John Hafner. Born in Swoyerville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Anski) Danouski. She owned and operated Marians Boutique, a clothing retail store, Fogelsville for 10 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield. She was a member of the Lower Macungie and Allentown Senior Citizens and a member of the Wild Cherry Knoll Social Club. Survivors: Son, Barney T. Volak and companion Maria of Big Rock, TN; Daughters, Marian T. wife of Peter Schneck of Allentown and Bernice K. wife of Craig Scharadin of Emmaus; Grandchildren, Faith wife of Eric Fillman of Temple, TX, Amy wife of Art Haverty of Morganville, NJ, and Ryan Scharadin of Slatington; Great Granddaughters, Alexis Fillman and Lorelai Haverty. Services: Funeral Services Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing Sunday 6:00 to 7:30 PM and Monday 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville.
