Maria A. "Mitzi" Xander, 65, of Allentown, died April 18, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Edward A. Xander.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Link) Holt.  Mitzi worked as the Executive Director of Mosser Village Family Center for many years.  She was a member of the Keck Park Community Association.

Mitzi is survived by her siblings, Heidi Mischner, Richard Holt, Wendy Wagner, Candias Williams, and Scott Ritter; step siblings, Kermit Ritter, Richard Ritter, Carol Gillow, and Barbara Stranzl; many nieces and nephews; chocolate lab, Tinker.

Graveside services will be held on Fri., April 23, 2021 at 12 Noon in Solomons Union Cemetery, Macungie.    Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
