Margaret M. "Peggy" Deutsch, 71, formerly of Alburtis, died September 22, 2017 in her residence. She was the wife of Charles E. Deutsch.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Catherine (Quinn) Groark.  She worked for Rodale as an administrative assistant for 20 years before retiring.  She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus.

Survivors: Husband of 48 years, Charles E. Deutsch; Daughters, Meredith M. wife of Brian Rodgers of Emmaus and Megan M. wife of Tim Stauffer of Topton; Sister, Mary wife of Ronald Teufel of Waldorf, MD; Grandchildren, Mya, Natalie, and Seamus; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by 6 siblings. â

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wed., September 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus.  Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.  Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
