Lorraine A. Geibel, 92, of Ruscombmanor Twp., died peacefully July 7, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.    The entire caring Bayada Hospice staff and aide from Maxim helped provide great care for Lorraine, and supported her daughter and family, who were her caregivers since March of 2020.  The family is deeply grateful for all their help.  Born in Chicopee, MA, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Rose (Tougas) Archambault.  Lorraine worked as a seamstress for various local knitting mills, also making clothes for her daughter at home.  She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Reading.  She enjoyed being a foster grandparent for 10 years at Riverside Elementary School and was known as Grandma Geibel to all the students and teachers.  She then retired in 2009 to enjoy her new role as a great grandmother.  Known as MaMere, she lovingly helped to raise 3 generations of her family.  Lorraine loved to cook, clean, decorate, and enjoyed crafting.  She attended Curves at Woodside, going six days a week to exercise.

Lorraine is survived by her daughters, Paula L. widow of Samuel J. Lovello and Janet M. Leis; grandchildren, Christopher R. Krick, Joseph J. Lovello, Kristi M. wife of Jonathan F. Shuman, Paul Leis, and Michael Leis; great grandchildren, Tyden R., Teagan R., and Samuel J. Shuman.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Sheila R. Geibel; brother, Rene Archambault; sister, Janet Bailey and son-in-law, Sam Lovello.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
