Obituary

Lillian M. Epstein, 94, of Macungie, died July 29, 2022 in St. Luke's Hospice House.  She was the wife of the late Bernarr Feather and Daniel Epstein.  Born in Vera Cruz, she was the daughter of the late Emil and Mary (Kowald) Steiner.  She worked as an assembler for the former Rodale Manufacturing and Square D for many years, retiring in 1989.  She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Woman's Club.  She enjoyed playing cards, pickle ball, baking, dancing, and Zumba.  She was a life member of The Mercantile Club of Emmaus.

Lillian is survived by her daughters, Carol Beidleman Frisby wife of Vincent Frisby of Emmaus and Kim wife of Joe Pinter of Easton; grandchildren, Michael, Ben, Adam, Julia, and Alison; great grandsons, Jack and James; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by brothers, Edwin, Frank, Richard, George, Wally, and Albert and a sister, Ruth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., Aug. 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 S. 6 th St., Emmaus, PA 18049.  Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.  Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.  Schantz Funeral Home, Emmaus is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church or to St. Luke's Hospice, 2455 Black River Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
