Laurie J. Oswald, 66, of Macungie, died Nov. 4, 2024 in her residence.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Richard "Jack" and Nancy (Queen) Anderson.  Laurie worked as a secretary for the East Penn School District for 20 years, retiring in 2019.  Previously she worked as a banker and was the tax collector for the Borough of Macungie for four terms.

Laurie will be remembered by her son, Andrew P. Oswald and wife Amy Wier of Allentown; twin daughters, Sarah J. Oswald of Macungie and Amy J. wife of Eric Farkas of Emmaus; grandchildren, Ryan, Rhys, and Bryn; brother, Richard A. Anderson and wife Jenifer of Dillsburg.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
