Kimberly A. O'Sullivan-Smith, 47, of Macungie, died unexpectedly Aug. 3, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  She was the wife of Howard Smith.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Arthur F. O'Sullivan and the late Elizabeth A. (Kavanagh) O'Sullivan.  Kim was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, earned a BSN with honors from York College, and a Masters / CRNP with honors from MCP Hahnemann University.  She worked as a Nurse Practitioner for Lehigh Valley Hospital in Psychiatry for the last 20 years.  She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.  She loved supporting her daughters in academics and sports, loved helping people and always made time for everyone, and was an avid yoga enthusiast and instructor.

Kim is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Howard; father, Arthur; daughters, Marybeth Smith and Eve Smith.

Memorial services will be held on Sat., Aug. 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
