Kerri M. Sodl, 49, of Trexlertown, died Aug. 25, 2021.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Philip G. and Sandra J. (Haberstumpf) Weida.  Kerri was a 1990 graduate of Emmaus High School and a 1991 graduate of Boyd School of Travel.  She was previously employed by Penn Med of Allentown and was currently working at Lineage Logistics of Allentown.  She loved being a gymnastics teacher at Grand Jete Studio of Dance in Macungie, enjoying every minute teaching her young students.  Kerri enjoyed her many pets and walking them, especially her dog, Bowie, and previously Onyx, and Vodoo as well as taking care of her indoor and neighborhood cats.  She enjoyed spending time with her son, Devin and especially made her parents proud of the mother she became.

Kerri is survived by her parents, Philip and Sandra Weida of Emmaus; son, Devin T. Sodl of Trexlertown; brother, Kyle P. Weida and wife Monica of Macungie; nieces, Brielle and Shaelyn; nephew, Jaden.

Funeral services will be held on Tue., August 31, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Emmaus Moravian Church, Main St. and Keystone Ave., Emmaus.  Visitation Mon., Aug 30, 2021 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus and Tues. 10:00 to 11:00 am in the church.  Interment will follow in Emmaus Moravian Cemetery.  Masks are required for the church.
