June V. Laudenslager, 93, formerly of Allentown, died October 8, 2017 in The Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the widow of Robert H.A. Laudenslager. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late J. Walter and Laura V. (Wonn) Smith and the late Helen (Weida) Smith. She was a very supportive and encouraging mother of 5 children. She was a floral designer in the Lehigh Valley for many years. She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher and sang on the church choir. June also sang with the Masterworks Chorale at Cedar Crest College.
Survivors: Children, Sandra Y. wife of Curtis C. "Charlie" Fickert of Schnecksville, Barry R. Laudenslager and wife Georgine of Pittsburgh, Roberta J. wife of Rick Blasdell of York, Jane E. wife of Timothy Emery of Slatington, and Mary Ann wife of Timothy Brinker of Kungsbacka, Sweden; 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Grandson, TJ Laudenslager.
Services:
Viewing will be held Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Funeral Services will be held on Fri., Oct. 13, 2017 at 10:30 AM in Deibert Hall of The Lutheran Home at Topton, 1 South Home Ave., Topton, PA. Interment will follow in Western Salisbury Cemetery.
