Dr. Judith E. Kaough Dr. Judith E. Kaough, 69, formerly of Houston passed away May 22, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice. Born in Modesto, CA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Doris (Howell) Bishop. She was a counselor and worked with combat veterans at the Veterans Center in Houston. She was a member of the American Counseling Association. Survivors: Son, Kenneth J. Kaough and wife Jenny of Allentown; Grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kacie, and Kamryn; Brothers, Byron and Wayne of CA.
