Joyce S. Pandl Joyce S. Pandl, 74, of Emmaus, died peacefully April 20, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the widow of Julius L. Pandl. Born in Rochester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Jermima (Ochs) Gerber. Joyce volunteered in the cafeteria at St. Ann's School, worked at the Round House Restaurant, was the bookkeeper for Valley Distributing, and was a production worker at Kraft Foods. She was an avid NBA fan, especially of the Heat. She loved playing cards and computer games, chocolate, and was a great cook. She had a knack for decorating and was a great organizer. Survivors: Son, David L. Pandl and wife Lisa of Columbus, NJ; Daughters, Cynthia M. Pandl of Emmaus, Julie A. wife of Dave Unger of Alburtis, Lynn A. wife of William Nahrgang of Allentown, and Jennifer L. Pandl of Allentown; Brother, Blair J. Gerber of Allentown; Sister, Joan A. Gerber of Allentown; Grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachel, Danielle, Jessica, Zachary, and Alexander. She was predeceased by a brother, Harold F.
