Joseph A. "Big Andy" Schebal, IV, 56, from Sea Isle City, died Oct. 27, 2020 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Susan Tustin and stepson of H. Philip Muller of Mississippi. Andy is a graduate of Ocean City High School where he participated in football, wrestling, and track. He then attended East Carolina University (ECU), where he played in their football program. Andy worked in construction and bounced for many years before going to work at Amtrak where he was a foreman for the track gang.

He had a love for his family, especially his nieces and nephews, Motorcycles, the Philadelphia Eagles, ECU pirates. Andy was known as a gentle giant teddy bear.

He is survived by his stepfather, Brother Chaz Speece of Sea Isle City, NJ; his sister Barbara Muller Henry of New Orleans, LA and Patricia Muller of New Tripoli; PA nieces and nephews, Cayla, Sylvia, Michael, Paul, Tori, Chazie, Connor, Steven, Jordon, Jesse, Garrett, Rachel, Sarah, Lacey and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Susan Tustin, brother Ricky Schebal, sister Samantha Muller.

A celebration of Big Andy's life be held on November 20, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Oar House Pub, 318 42 ^nd Place, Sea Isle City, NJ.
