John M. Wapner, Jr., 55, of Emmaus, died August 21, 2015. He was the husband of Sharon E. (Pachter) Wapner. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Dr. John M. and Aileen R. (Hickey) Wapner. He was the IT manager for Bracalente Manufacturing, Trumbauersville. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus. Survivors: He is survived by his wife; Son, Michael S. Wapner of Emmaus; Daughter, Amanda B. Wapner of Emmaus; Sisters, Nancy Barry of West Chester, Kathleen A. wife of William Schneider of Macungie, and Amy L. wife of Timothy Driscoll of Macungie. He was predeceased by a sister, Patricia M. Silbert. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 South 6th St., Emmaus. Visitation 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the church.
