John S. Shedlock, 76, of Coopersburg, passed away on May 1, 2015 in the arms of his loving wife and daughters. He was the husband of Jeanne (Fortunato) Shedlock. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Irene (Erdlyi) Shedlock. He was retired after 43 years of service from Mack Trucks World Headquarters. He was the former Vice President of the Allentown area Corvette Club. Survivors: Wife; Son, Steven J. Shedlock of Emmaus; Daughters, Sandra Cary of Quakertown and Suzanne wife of Steve Butterweck of Allentown; Son-In-Law, Jerry Cox of Coopersburg; Brother Gary and wife Diane Shedlock of Florida; Grandchildren, Jack Cary, Julian Butterweck, and Sofia Shedlock. He was predeceased by daughter Jackie Shedlock. Services: Memorial Services Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Visitation Wednesday 7 to 9:00 PM and Thursday 10 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Emmaus Moravian Cemetery.
