John Jack T. Woehrle John Jack Woehrle, 79, of Emmaus, formerly of Scranton, died Sept. 17, 2007 in his residence. He was the husband of Jean (Zigmont) Woehrle. They celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary in April 2007. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Ruth Woehrle. He worked for General Electric Construction in Scranton and became sales manger and then moved to the Lehigh Valley. He later worked as a Manufacturers Representative for Ramcorp in New Jersey. He owned and operated Pennsylvania Technical Systems Co., Emmaus PA, for the past 9 years. He honorably served his country in the Navy during WWII aboard the PT-688 from 1944 " 1945, the USS Taconic from 1945 " 1946 and the USS Charles S. Perry from 1946 " 1949. He was a Past Master of the Peter Williamson Lodge #323 F&AM, Scranton and was a member of the Irem Temple Shrine located in Dallas Pa, life member of the Mercantile Club of Emmaus, member of Citizens Fire Co. #2 of Emmaus, and a member of the Allentown American Legion. He had a love for golf and hunting and was very kind hearted and generous man who would lend a hand to anyone who asked. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Cynthia Woehrle of Emmaus, Susan M. wife of John P. Fisher, Jr. of Lower Macungie Twp., and Jacqueline J. Woehrle and Michael H. Eremus of Alburtis; Brother, Willard Woehrle of Moscow, PA. Services: Funeral Services Friday, September 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Horace W. Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus.
