John B. Brey, Jr. John B. Brey, Jr., 82, of Emmaus, died Nov. 10, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice. He was the loving husband of Nancy M. (Beitler) Brey. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on Nov. 12, 2010. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late John B. Brey, Sr. and Sarah (Rohrbach) Brey. He was a 1947 graduate of Emmaus High School. He worked as a gauger for Buckeye Pipeline for over 40 years. He was a member of the Macungie VFW and enjoyed flying radio-controlled airplanes and attending air shows with his grandson. He honorably served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Vickie wife of Rodney Beitler of Fogelsville and Sheila Brey wife of Milford Lovett of Parish, NY; Sister, Dorothy Powell of Emmaus; Grandchildren Corey and Carolyn.
