Joan M. Hilbert, 58, of Emmaus, died June 21, 2022 in ProMedica Allentown.  She was the wife of Robert P. Hilbert.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Doris (Gower) Eisenhard and the late Howard Eisenhard.  She worked for Saucony Shoe, Stewart's Sandwiches and was an activities aide.

Joan is survived by her husband of 35 years, Robert; mother, Doris; son, Kyle E. Hilbert; daughter, Ashley K. Hilbert; brothers, Robert Eisenhard and James Eisenhard; sister, Bonnie Lagler; grandson, Justin P. Hilbert.  She was predeceased by her son, Justin H. Hilbert.

A memorial service will be held on Fri., July 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Trexlertown.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
