Jerome A. "Jerry" Yandle, age 82, of Allentown, passed away on July 19, 2024 in St. Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late William J. and Agnes R. (Tomasovic) Yandle. He was the loving husband of the late Mary Catherine (Boyle) Yandle with whom he shared 45 years of marriage.

He graduated from Emmaus High School in 1960. Jerry worked as a Mechanic for Mack Trucks and Allentown Parking Authority. He was a member of St. Ann's Church in Emmaus.

Jerry is survived by his children, Michael Yandle, Scott Yandle and wife Deborah and Michele Rowlands and her husband Scott; grandchildren, Christian (Taylor), Taylor (Gabriel), Garrett (Summer), Nathan and Haley; great granddaughter, Emma; brothers, William R. Yandle, Anthony J. Yandle (Linda), James M. Yandle; sisters, Bonita Rhodes, Sheila R. Medernach (Jonathan) and JoAnn M. Yandle (Mark Sabiers). He was predeceased by sister-in-law Jacqueline Yandle.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. Viewing will be held prior from 10:00-11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Emmaus.
