Jenny Lynn Burger, 62, of Slatington, died March 13, 2017 in Mosser Nursing Home. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Joanne (Sourwine) Yaple. She worked as a billing clerk for Pocono Medical Center, retiring in 2003. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Effort.

Survivors: Son, Daniel Burger and wife Julia of Slatington; Brother, Jon Yaple of Kunkletown; Sister, Julie Johnson of Bloomington, MN; Sister-in-Law, Colleen Yaple of Kunkletown. She was predeceased by a brother, James Yaple.
