Jean D. Smoyer Jean D. Smoyer, 76, of Salisbury Twp., died September 1, 2008 in her residence. She was the wife of Charles O. Smoyer. They celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in November 2007. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Camillo and Mildred M. (Lent) Tatasciore. She was employed as an Administrative Secretary at LVHC 17th and Chew prior to retirement. Previously she was a Budget Analyst for the former Phoenix Clothes for 26 years and was a quality manager for a telemarketing company. She later worked part time for BonTon in the South Mall. She was a member of St. Anns Catholic Church, Emmaus. Survivors: Husband; Sons, Bruce A. Smoyer and wife Kay of Arlington, TX and Ronald C. Smoyer and wife Joan of Blair, NE; Brothers, Donald L. Tatasciore of Philadelphia and Richard J. Tatasciore of Las Vegas, NV; Sister, Lucille Daddona of Emmaus; 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. Services: Funeral Services Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Anns Catholic Church, 415 South 6th St., Emmaus. Friends may call 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
