Jean K. Mansfield, 96, formerly of Macungie, died May 7, 2018 in Chester Valley Nursing and Rehab Center, Malvern.  She was the widow of John R. Mansfield.  Born in Brighton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Olive (Wood) McMurtry.  She was a homemaker.  She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.

She is survived by Sons, John R. Mansfield, Jr. and wife Barbara of Wilkes-Barre, Peter J. Mansfield and wife Jane of Greenville, SC, Frederick J. Mansfield and wife Linda of Bloomsbury, NJ, and James F. Mansfield of Emmaus; Daughters, Susan M. wife of John Cullen of Berwyn, Claire E. Daly of Branchburg, NJ., and Janet A. wife of James Weihbrecht of Macungie; 14 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a brother, John "Jack" McMurtry.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Fri., May 11, 2018 at 10:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus.  Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.    Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
